It's a little hard to say until we have more clarification on joint liability. In the near term, I suspect edtech startups that work in higher ed will be in a sort of fundraising purgatory. Longer term, I could see higher ed companies trading at lower valuations relative to their K12/workforce peers, but really hard to know right now
